Day and Cleansing Practices
These are at the moment offered in the Cork centre, Westport and Galway Centre.

Catriona Flanagan have 2 day courses on the 20^th of March and the 24^th of April. Please contact 087 7990 640. All proceeds to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ireland €60 per day

Weekend Courses
Weekend courses are run on a regular basis at the Cork Centre and the Galway Centre.

Summer Courses
5-day courses in June and a 10-day course in July are held at Galway Centre.

Guest teachers
Different Satyananda teachers come from abroad during the year.
Swami Pragyamurti from the Satyananda London Centre comes to Cork and Galway annually.
